The Courage Community Creed

I'm working on a poem that you can use when you are trying to overcome resistance or work on your social freedom skills by yourselves. 

I think this sums up a few of our mottos, reminders, and mindsets in a fun, memorable way.

The Courage Community Creed

I cannot read minds,
I cannot tell the future,
I must be curious,
and go find out if there's a true reason to fear.

I know what's most likely going to happen is nothing,
I've already done what I want to do many times before,
I know I'm not trying to harm anyone,
I know that I'm not doing anything wrong.

I expect the responses I get to be neutral-to-positive,
I know that connection shouldn't feel tough,
I know that I don't have to work for people's attention,
and relationships are not hard when they are compatible enough.

So I don't care what others think,
about what I do or me,
I am a proud member of The Courage Community,
and I strive daily to be Socially Free!
