Direct Communication for Dating & Relationships, TBDAfter creating parts 1 and 2 of the online course above, I realized I had enough material to make an entirely separate course focusing just on my dating and relationship advice. Dating, sex, and romantic relationship advice are my favorite topics to teach, but my advice often runs so counter to the mainstream (and the counterculture too) that you are simply not going to believe it or put it into practice if you haven’t learned the lessons from the earlier courses. The process of building Social Freedom will demonstrate the logic behind my insistence on things like seeking intense, instantaneous compatibility, expressing radical vulnerability, and the enforcement of extremely strong boundaries. If you’re feeling anxious or incredulous after reading that last sentence, then this course is for you! The Courage Community’s approach to dating is fun, effective, and most importantly, designed so that your time - your most important non-renewable resource - is prioritized and respected. When we switch our dating/romance philosophy to one of effective time management in seeking compatibility, instead of the mainstream advice to essentially manipulate your partner into liking you more, we suddenly start to have a much less frustrating, much more rewarding experience! Also, as married non-monogamists, Lilly and I know our advice remains valid in the modern world because we’ve never stopped dating other couples and individuals. Most coaches are either married and therefore no longer practicing their dating advice, or single and lacking the relevant experience to give insightful advice about more serious relationships like a marriage or engagement. We can support the entire relationship spectrum from finding casual dating partners to keeping your soulmate satisfied.
Social Freedom for Career Building, TBDAnother upcoming course will focus on the knowledge I gained from my time as an executive recruiter. This course will contain my tried and true strategies for job hunting, resume writing, interview preparation, and general business networking using LinkedIn and in-person interactions. This course will include resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile reviews/editing by Coach Mike, as well as practice interview role plays over Zoom. In the meantime, while I create the theory videos for this course, anyone who wants this information and feedback can get it via private coaching calls!
Navigating “The Lifestyle”, PRE-RELEASEIf you have an interest in non-monogamous dating, this course focuses on giving you the information you need to feel confident exploring those options. Despite already being over 7 hours long, the course is still incomplete, so we are selling it cheaper than we plan to when we release the full-length version. The current contents include: an in-depth description of the Lifestyle scene, including the different types of events, venues, and circumstances you might encounter, information about how to effectively communicate with your primary partner and playmates, how to actually approach and connect with other members of the Lifestyle online or at events, how to navigate group play situations, what to do if you don’t want to play with someone again, and bonus content that includes the sex and flirting seminars that I’m about to describe in the next section. And yes, as I said, this is the incomplete version. However, it does contain everything you need to confidently take more than a few steps into the Lifestyle, even as a complete newbie.
Mini-Courses, Seminars, and YouTube VideosMini-courses are self-explanatory: they are shorter courses. Seminars are self-contained presentations that are usually focused on a single topic that tend to be under 2 hours in length. We have seminars about many useful topics in our bonus Summit Recordings section of our online content library. YouTube videos are usually under 20 minutes and are meant to provide some useful information while encouraging the viewer to learn more (preferably by hiring us!). You would be amazed at how much content a coach can generate about the surface level of a topic, so never assume you are getting the whole story or all the relevant information you need from a single YouTube video. Our public videos are usually “edutainment” while our course videos are for actual teaching. That said, some of our YouTube videos are so useful that they appear in our courses as well.
The 4D Relationships Exercise Mini-CourseThis course is actually the first section of the Part 2: Conversation and Connection course. This is the foundational step where you figure out what kind of people you’re really looking for (whether it’s new friends, romantic, or business partners), where they might be found, what to talk about when you meet them, and the crucial concept of “warm environments” - places that make connecting with people much easier than the bar, club, or street. The concepts from this course can also be applied to your career to help you figure out if you are in the ideal job or need a change, what exactly needs to change, and why. By the end of the course you will have created 3 important documents: (1) the actual 4D exercise worksheet where you will define your ideal person/situation along the dimensions of mind, body, heart, and soul (those are the 4 Ds), (2) a list of “must haves” and “deal breakers” that help you decipher compatibility, and (3) a list of meaningful questions that you’d like to ask this person (or hiring manager if it’s for a job) that demonstrate to them that you’ve thought deeply about and know precisely what you want (which is extremely attractive in all circumstances). Students who can’t afford the full-length course could still take themselves pretty far by combining this mini-course with one of the exercise collections mentioned above, while getting feedback from whatever access tier they can afford.
Seminar: Let’s Get Physical! Talking Sex on DatesCoaches Mike and Lilly take you through a step-by-step guide for bringing up sexual topics, keeping things warm as you transition to privacy, what to do about performance anxiety, and a crash-course on foreplay and sexual technique! (Also included with the Navigating the Lifestyle course)
Seminar: Flirting: Defined and Demystified! Coaches Mike and Lilly break down flirting so it's easy to understand and put into practice! You'll learn what flirting is, how it's best defined, the underlying concepts to keep in mind, and examples of flirtatious behaviors you can try yourself!
Seminar: Approach, Connect, and Play & Infinite Man Summit LAFilmed at the final Infinite Man Summit in 2019, Coaches Mike and Lilly deliver their most popular seminar on how to meet people, make emotional connections with them, and pull the trigger on fun times!
The Courage Community YouTube ChannelPlease subscribe to support our business and follow along as we grow our channel from scratch! I’ve decided to not use any of my old content because it’s not Courage Community branded, so I’m starting over and would appreciate any questions or suggestions that I could turn into videos for you.
The Courage Community CloudThe Courage Community Cloud is our online content library. This is the place where we deliver our courses, seminars, exercise collections, and any media files that we want you to have access to. When you purchase a product you will receive an email notification asking you to sign in to access the content. Links to join the weekly group coaching sessions are also contained in the Cloud. The cloud video player allows you to slow down or speed up the playback speed of content, and some courses provide progression tracking so you can see how close you are to 100% completion.
Social Freedom Exercise CollectionsNever forget that we don’t do Social Freedom exercises to get better at doing Social Freedom exercises. We do Social Freedom exercises to get better at life! No one cares if you can be fearless while acting weird in public if that doesn’t translate into actual social skills. Social Freedom exercises, challenges, and missions are designed to give you the kinds of experiences that push you outside of your comfort zone and show you what we are truly capable of. You’ll also learn which of your fears, anxieties, and limiting beliefs can be abandoned after you see the reality of how people react during and after doing an exercise.
One of our main training philosophies is “No Excuses!” Therefore, we’ve built these collections to meet you wherever you are at, regardless of how new to Social Freedom or personal development you are, and whether or not you live near a highly populated area. No matter what kind of excuse you try to come up with, we have an exercise that you can still do!
The following collections are included with the Part 1: Social Freedom course: Warm-Up, At-Home, Exercises, and Challenges. The Missions collection is included with Part 2: Conversation and Connection. Each collection can also be purchased separately.
The Warm-Up CollectionThese exercises are simple, easy-to-attempt activities for people who are brand new to Social Freedom training. These are the exercises that should be the least challenging while still being powerful enough to generate forward progress. The collection contains a set of 22 exercises that can be done in order and build upon each other. That means you can complete this collection in just a few weeks! This collection is meant to take someone from the state of being too afraid to take social action, to a place where they feel ready to begin pushing themselves harder. These are the gentle exercises that prepare you for the harder ones to come. The exercises split into the following categories:

This collection is meant to take someone from the state of being too afraid to take social action, to a place where they feel ready to begin pushing themselves harder. These are the gentle exercises that prepare you for the harder ones to come. The exercises split into the following categories:
- First Steps: Start here if you can’t even approach a stranger yet.
- Challenges: Some slightly strange behaviors to gently push your comfort zone.
- Complement Practice: Normalize giving polite compliments if you’re not used to it.
- Symbolic Exercises: Create a symbol that represents the changes you want to see.
- Putting It Together: Begin to combine what you’ve been working on.
- Writing Exercises are thought experiments and questions to ask yourself that will help you find and confront the uncomfortable realities about your life/self that you want to work on or change. The challenge comes from having to be honest with yourself and take responsibility for your life.
- Reach-Out Exercises encourage you to make contact with someone over email or the phone, usually in a way that challenges your emotions. These exercises challenge you in two ways: coming up with what to say to the person, and dealing with the anxiety of waiting for their reply (if we should even expect one in the first place).
- Research Exercises task you with learning something important about yourself or an aspect of life, such as how to find a therapist, improve your sex life, or relocate to a new city. Most people hate doing research for any reason, even when it's about something that can help them. So the challenge comes from getting yourself to spend enough time researching to actually gain useful, actionable information about the topic.
- Creative Exercises ask you to make things and develop your artistic abilities. Again, this is a 2-fold challenge: the challenge of actually creating the thing you want to make and seeing whether or not you possess the necessary skills to be successful at it yet; and the challenge of handling feedback from the people you show your efforts to.
- Perspective Challenges ask you to question your pre-existing beliefs/opinions/feelings to help you expand your comfort zone, increase tolerance and open mindedness, and improve mental/emotional flexibility. This is one of the aspects of our society that has been severely lacking, especially in recent decades.
- Physical Exercises make you push your physical comfort zone to demonstrate how closely related the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of personal development actually are. Sometimes we need to make our bodies take action before our minds and hearts do. For some students, it's easier to get themselves to do something physical than mental. If that describes you then this might be a good place to start!
- Personal Challenges contain longer term, healthy pursuits like improving sleep, watching your media diet, breaking your addiction to your phone, etc. This is also the section where you can start inventing your own specific at-home exercises to try.
- Do Something: Exercises that have you do something weird or challenging, usually in front of other people.
- Find A Stranger: Exercises that make you interact in strange ways with people you don't know.
- Harmless Pranks: Exercises that ask you to mildly confuse people or make them laugh.
- Sometime This Week: You have 7 days to complete the challenge.
- Sometime This Month: You have 30 days to complete the challenge.
- Sometime This Year: You have 365 days to complete the challenge.
- Activity Missions make you go somewhere or do something new or unusual.
- Conversation Missions are when we try to talk to people in an unusual way, about a strange topic, or in an unfamiliar/unlikely place.
- Life Missions are focused on things that can move your business, career, or social life forward.
- Mischief Missions are harmless pranks (often embarrassing ourselves) or confusing behavior intended for cooperative playfulness or self-amusement.
- Permission Missions require you to ask people for things and explain to them why you want it. You don't have to successfully receive permission for the mission to be successful. You just have to ask and have a short explanatory conversation.
- Persuasion Missions have you trying to get people to do things for or with you. You will have to have a conversation with them to convince them. If they are not convinced, let them go and try again on someone else.
- Vulnerability Missions make you reveal embarrassing or controversial details about yourself during or at the start of a conversation.
